Product Description

TQL-F3000-60G fiber laser tube cutting machine is a mature and best-selling product independently developed and produced. This series of products is the preferred model in the metal tube processing industry, with powerful cutting ability, "flying" cutting speed, extremely low operating cost, excellent stability, high-quality processing and strong adaptability.

It adopts a fully enclosed sheet metal cover, equipped with safety devices, door protection switches, etc., which combines safety with visibility and greatly improves safety performance; the fiber laser adopts semiconductor modularization and redundant design, which is suitable for 24-hour continuous operation and meets the requirements of industrial continuous production.

Cutting Function

It can meet users' needs of cutting round tubes, square tubes, oval tubes and processing various special-shaped products.

1. It can cut multiple cylindrical intersecting holes of different directions and diameters on the main pipe to meet the conditions of eccentric and non-eccentric vertical intersection between the branch pipe axis and the main pipe axis.
2. It can cut the cylindrical intersection line end at the end of the branch pipe to meet the conditions of eccentric and non-eccentric vertical intersection and oblique intersection between the branch pipe axis and the main pipe axis.
3. Can cut the beveled end face at the end of the round pipe.
4. Can cut the intersection line end of the branch pipe that intersects with the annular main pipe.
5. Can cut square tubes and perform 360-degree flip cutting.
6. Can cut square holes and waist-shaped holes on round tubes.
7. Can cut various steel tubes.
