dmk laser mold welder factory
Product Description
The LWY200 and LWY400 laser welding machines are newly upgraded products, designed for precision welding of small metal components. They can perform spot welding, seam welding, and hermetic seam welding on a wide range of metals, including titanium, nickel, aluminum, magnesium, stainless steel, gold, silver, copper, and platinum. These machines are ideal for tasks such as welding relay contacts, floppy drive steel bands, printer character pins, metal pipes, and servo valve cores.
Additionally, they excel in hermetically sealing relay housings, integrated circuit packages, pressure instrument seals, pacemaker housings, and the casings of tantalum capacitors and lithium batteries. The machines can also drill and cut thin metal sheets for small metal parts.
In the jewelry industry, these machines offer exceptional convenience. They require no special fixtures and can be operated handheld. With a microscope for crosshair targeting, users can easily perform spot welding, material filling, and sand hole repairs, achieving instant results with precision.
