The 200W non-destructive series laser cleaning machine can be used to remove rust, paint, and oil stains from metal and some non-metal surfaces, as well as to clean black ash, carbon deposits, and oil stains from parts after welding.
More importantly, it is effective for mold cleaning, aluminum alloy oxide film cleaning, and inspection of cleaning depth using a laser focusing lens after multiple cleanings. Test results indicate that the non-destructive cleaning machine achieves a very shallow cleaning depth of approximately 1µm, and even after 50 cleanings, it causes almost no damage to the substrate.
