Product Introduction
The LWY150 laser welding machine is an upgraded new product. It is capable of spot welding, seam welding, and hermetic seam welding on various small metal components, including titanium, nickel, aluminum, magnesium, stainless steel, gold, silver, copper, platinum, and more. It can spot weld relay contacts, steel belts of floppy disk drives, printer needle parts, and seam weld metal pipes and bands, as well as electro-hydraulic servo valve cores. It is also suitable for hermetic welding of relay housings, integrated circuit packaging, pressure gauge seals, pacemaker housings, tantalum capacitors, and lithium battery casings. Additionally, it can perforate and cut thin metal sheets of various small metal components.
