The Quasi-Continuous Fiber Laser QCW (60/120W) features a compact, air-cooled design with an integrated structure, offering exceptional efficiency and reliability, particularly for welding applications. Its high output power, superior beam quality, stability, and flexible operation distinguish it from other lasers.

The inherent advantages of fiber lasers—such as efficiency, flexibility, modularity, and robust thermal and mechanical properties—simplify the assembly process. This model features an air-cooled design with a pulse width ranging from 0.2 to 15ms and single pulse energy between 0.1J and 6J (up to 12J). Compared to traditional YAG lasers, it offers significantly higher electro-optical conversion efficiency with comparable processing effects. While lamp-pumped YAG lasers achieve only about 3.5% efficiency, QCW lasers reach up to 30%, highlighting a clear advantage: lower power consumption and greater energy savings. Additionally, the fiber laser is compact, maintenance-free, highly reliable, and requires no component replacements throughout its normal lifespan.
