Product Description
The LWY100 laser welding system utilizes a pulsed welding method, allowing adjustments to pulse energy and pulse width. Pulse energy controls melting volume, while pulse width affects melting depth. The system also features an adjustable beam expander for precise control of the focus spot size.
The LWY100 is an improved, versatile laser welding machine ideal for spot and seam welding of small-scale metal components, such as titanium, nickel, aluminum, stainless steel, gold, silver, copper, and platinum. It can be used for applications like spot welding relay contacts, steel strips in floppy disk drives, printer pins, and seam welding of metal tubes, servo motor cores, and more. It’s also suitable for sealing welding of relay covers, IC packages, pacemaker covers, tantalum capacitors, lithium batteries, and other delicate components. Additionally, it can cut and drill small metal parts.
This system is especially well-suited for the jewelry industry, allowing convenient hand-held welding under a microscope without the need for special fixtures.
