In principle, the smaller the output core of the laser source, the higher the laser brightness and the more concentrated the energy. The MAX brightness 12000W fiber laser adopts the industry's smallest 50μm output core diameter, and the energy density can reach 611MW/cm². With a 100μm output core diameter, the energy density is also 153MW/cm². At the same time, MAX can also provide a 35μm custom small core diameter, and its energy density can jump to 1.25GW/cm², which not only refreshes the energy density record, but also expands the possibility of more applications. In terms of pump power density, thanks to the blessing of the small core diameter output fiber, the MAX product is 2.6 times higher than that of its competitors, bringing great benefits to applications such as thick plate metal cutting, laser cladding, laser cleaning, and high-reflection material processing. A new round of process upgrades will further expand the application of the high-end manufacturing market.
