The laser focus is controlled at high speed through the 3D rotating spot, and moves in real time along the plate thickness direction during the cutting process of the metal sheet, so as to maintain a balance between the metal melting capacity and the slag discharge capacity, so that the metal material is easily penetrated and the slag is quickly discharged.
