The structure design of the new product is also more compact. The volume of FC6000 is about 0.057m³ (including foot pad handle, etc.), while the volume of FC12000 is controlled within 0.096m³ (including foot pad handle, etc.) - higher High integration, less floor space, lower logistics costs, etc., greatly enriching the working scenarios of this type of equipment.
The increase in output power of the new product and the reduction in the appearance volume further increase the requirements for heat dissipation. By optimizing the internal water circuit and supplying water to the heating elements and modules in a targeted manner, the heat dissipation efficiency and effect are greatly improved; and the cooling process upgrade of the optical fiber optical path has also greatly reduced the temperature of the optical fiber and the device at the same power output on the original basis. The above optimizations ensure that the laser can maintain a high degree of power stability and equipment safety even when the chiller has large water temperature fluctuations, which improves the environmental adaptability.
The optimized structure of the pump source effectively improves the heat dissipation efficiency, coupling efficiency and the beam quality of the pump source, which makes the long-term working reliability, electro-optical conversion efficiency and optical-optical efficiency of the new product higher, and truly realizes cost reduction and efficiency increase for customers.
