Three-dimensional laser welding machine

The robot laser welding machine manufactured by our company is composed of Eston six-axis industrial robot, MAX continuous fiber laser, Qilin BWT30 light double pendulum laser welding head and Hanli chiller, etc. The system adopts an integrated design and has a large footprint Small size, stable operation, high welding precision, good weld quality and so on.

According to the size of the workpiece to be welded, three specifications of ER12-1510, ER20-1780, and ER20-2300 can be selected. If it is necessary to hang a wire feeder for wire feeding welding, it is recommended to use ER20-1780 with a load of 20 kg.

The MAX laser and chiller are integrated in one cabinet, which saves workshop space and is easy to manage. According to the thickness requirements of the welding workpiece, lasers with 1000, 1500, 2000, 3000, and 6000W power can be selected. QILIN BWT30-PC is a multi-station light-duty industrial welding head. It has a variety of spot swing modes to choose from. By editing and storing different welding parameter process packages, it can realize one-time welding of multi-station and different process parameters. For 6000W laser, BWT60-PC high power welding head can be selected.

The rotary positioner is a special welding auxiliary equipment, which is suitable for the welding displacement of the rotary work, so as to obtain the ideal processing position and welding speed. We provide servo integration and matching debugging of positioner and robot control cabinet to achieve the best and welding effect.

The weld seam tracking sensor is a special sensor in the welding field, which is used for tracking plane, curved surface, and circumferential welds to improve welding quality and welding efficiency.

The table top of the three-dimensional combined welding workbench adopts the form of grid plate with holes, and the hole diameter has two series of D28 and D16. Users can quickly assemble tooling with different requirements according to their needs, just like children playing with assembled toys. The surface of the workbench is treated with chrome plating or nitriding, etc., with high precision, which can ensure long-term use without deformation.
